Work on a document
Join, remove pages, swap pages, edit the words, convert between formats and shrink a file that is too big to send.
The same six tools on both, arranged differently because the screens are different. The phone gives each tool its own screen; the browser keeps one document open and lets every tool work on it in turn.
On your phone
In the Fixamgo app
- Open Fixamgo and go to the Files tab, which is the File Processor.
- Pick the job: Join, Remove, Replace, Edit, Convert or Compress.
- Choose your document from your phone's storage when asked.
- Set the options for that tool, then run it.
- Save the result to your phone, or share it straight to WhatsApp or email.

- Open app.fixamgo.com/files and add your PDF, or drag it onto the page.
- The pages appear in the middle. Tap any page to select it.
- Pick a tool on the right and run it. The result stays loaded, so the next tool carries on from it without re-uploading.
- Download when you are done.
Compress is the one most people are looking for: a form that refuses your upload because the file is too big usually accepts it after one pass at Balanced.
