What your apps can see

Checking and removing the permissions apps asked for and did not need.

On your phone

Settings, Privacy, Permission manager.
Go through Location, Camera, Microphone and Contacts first. Those are the four worth your attention.
For each, look at the list of apps allowed all the time. A torch app does not need your location.
Set anything you are unsure about to Ask every time. The app will tell you when it genuinely needs it.
