The Fixamgo Toolbox.

Fixamgo: fix am, one time.

Each one does a single thing that usually means paying for software or handing your files to a stranger. They work on a phone and in a browser, they share what you have open, and none of them needs an account.

    Contacts

    For a phonebook that has stopped making sense.

    • Finds duplicates and merges them, showing both entries before anything changes
    • Repairs numbers saved wrong or missing digits
    • Adds the country code to local numbers, so they work when you travel or change SIM
    • Sorts out entries saved as a number and no name
    • Exports as .vcf or .csv, ready to import back

    Files

    For a document that needs joining, shrinking or correcting.

    • Joins several PDFs into one, in the order you choose
    • Removes pages you do not need, and swaps pages between documents
    • Edits the words in a PDF as though it were a word processor
    • Converts between PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and images
    • Shrinks a file that is too big to send

    Scanner

    For a stack of paper that has to become a file.

    • Finds the edges of the page and squares it up
    • Removes the shadow your hand casts, so the paper reads as white
    • Offers several looks, each previewed on your real page
    • Reads the words, where the server supports it, so the document can be searched
    • Saves as PDF or as images, your choice at the end

    Cleaner

    For a phone or a drive full of things saved three times.

    • Compares files properly, by content, not by name
    • Finds photos that are nearly the same, not only identical ones
    • Suggests which copy to keep, and lets you change that with one tap
    • Shows you any file before you decide
    • Removes the copies for you, where the browser allows it
